A remodelling of a 1970 art deco style home in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex. Ensuring that the remodelling enhanced the character of the original house influenced features like the rounded corners whilst externally insulating the building improved the buildings energy efficiency. This also allowed the crisp white render to be applied, refreshing the buildings appearance. Its nickname in the office is Miami.
