Bakerson is a replacement dwelling designed to resemble a modern barn. The building sits within the site’s topography and is oriented to look out over the River Blackwater. A central atrium runs through the home, lighting the basement and housing a climbing wall. The house is designed to be operationally net zero, with excellent thermal performance and a range of sustainable energy systems.
